The weight loss process is established in 3 phases:
Our method does not believe in “miracle diets” or in short-term processes. Achieving a healthy weight involves a reeducation process in terms of eating habits that must be continuous.

STEP ONE
Weight loss (discovery + monitoring)
The first step in the reeducation process involves a first consultation (bilan) during which your nutritionist-dietician will do a nutritional assessment to set a healthy weight target. You will be guided on the fundamentals of a balanced diet and a personalized diet plan will be developed for your personal needs. Simultaneously, you will be introduced to plant-based food supplements which will help to boost your metabolism to obtain a healthy weight loss of 500g to 1kg per week.
The next step of this phase (monitoring) involves a weekly follow-up with your nutritionist-dietician to monitor the progress of your diet plan. Adaptations and adjustments will be made when necessary, in order to ensure that the set objectives are achieved and correct bad eating habits.
This phase is about establishing a mutual commitment between your goals and how to achieve them along with the professional support of your nutritionist-dietician.

STEP TWO
Stabilization
Once the target weight is reached, you will have a fortnight follow-up with your nutritionist-dietician in order to maintain the good dietary habits to ensure that the weight loss is maintained. This phase is very important to prevent the rebound effect. This phase lasts for two months.
STEP THREE
Maintenance
Your nutritionist-dietician will help and guide you in the mental and physical adaptation process, which your body needs to adapt to the new weight.
