Naturhouse mission is to re-educate clients about their eating habits in order to help them reach their target weight (healthy weight) and teach them how to maintain it.

Free Nutritional Counseling

Your personal dietitian will do a complete assessment during which your target weight is defined. She will then establish a specific program adapted to your personal needs, expectations, and constraints. The weekly follow-up is crucial to help adapt and adjust the diet plan and food supplements. Follow-ups are also primordial to prevent the so called “yo-yo effect” of weight loss.

Your dietician will be a support and guide to help you manage your diet plan until you achieve your target weight.

Personalized diet plan

Every individual has their own specific requirements in terms of age, gender, medical history, weight history, lifestyle, stress level and activity level.

All these factors are considered while designing the personalized diet plan. Once your weight objective is reached the diet plan is adapted to help you stabilize your weight.

Plant-Based food supplements

Naturhouse has a variety of exclusive (in-house) plant based food supplements. The personalized dietary plan is accompanied by the plant-based food supplements prescribed by your dietician to help boost, cleanse and detox your body to achieve a healthy weight. The food supplements function primarily as fat-burner, drainers and appetite suppressor to help you lose between 500g to 1kg per week.
